Adds an event listener to the element.

Signature:

on(this: HTMLElement, type: K, selector: string, listener: (this: HTMLElement, ev: HTMLElementEventMap[K], delegateTarget: HTMLElement) => unknown, options?: boolean | AddEventListenerOptions | undefined): void

Parameters:
