Populates the pane menu.

(Replaces the previously removed onHeaderMenu and onMoreOptionsMenu)

Signature:

onPaneMenu(menu: Menu, source: string): void

Parameters:

source	string	Where the menu was opened from, such as 'more-options' or 'tab-header'.
