Creates a new Markdown file based on linktext and path.

Signature:

createNewMarkdownFileFromLinktext(filename: string, path: string): Promise<TFile>

Parameters:

path	string	Path to where the file should be created.

Returns: Promise<TFile> — A promise that resolves to the newly created Markdown file.
