Constructs extensions for the editor based on user settings.

Signature:

getDynamicExtensions(): Extension[]

Returns: Extension[] — Array of dynamic CodeMirror extensions.

Remarks:

Creates extension for tab size, RTL rendering, spellchecking, pairing markdown syntax, live preview and vim.
